Guangzhou C&H Medical Technolgoy Co., Ltd. supplies turnkey service of Clean Operating Theatres Department, including Modular Clean Operating Theatre (with constant temperature & constant humidity, and laminar air flow function), Clean ICU, CSSD, etc.
For Modular Clean Operating Theatres, there are different kinds of wall & ceiling materials optional.
By cost from low to high, they are:
1, Sandwich Panel material walls and ceilings
All (or some parts) of walls are constructed by sandwich panels.
All ceilings are constructed by sandwich panels.
A sample OT as follow picture shows:
The sandwich panels are fixed or connected by clean room aluminum profiles. And sandwich panels can be customized to different colors.
After installing, there are joint seams in walls and ceilings. For air sealing reason, these seams usually are covered by sealants inside.
Advantages of this kind of sandwich panel material walls & ceiling modular OT are:
(1) Lower materials cost;
(2) Easy to install, short constructing time required;
(3) No painting operation in constructing site;
However, it also has some shortages as:
(1) Limited shape of the OT, all corners inside room are right angles; But these right angles might effect laminar air flow distribution;
(2) Service life limited, usually no more than 10 years;
Usually, this kind of Modular OT is used for low clean class ( clean class ISO 6, ISO 7, ISO 8 / FED 1000, 10000, 100000) rooms.
2, Painting Steel Sheet Modules material walls and ceilings
All walls and ceilings are constructed by modules.
Modules are made of steel sheets, or stainless steel sheets, or aluminum sheets, etc. All modules shall be finished in factory before shipping.
A sample OT as follow picture shows:
All wall and ceiling modulars are fixed and connected by steel frames. After installing, there are joint seams in walls and ceilings. For air sealing reason, these seams usually are covered by sealants inside.
Advantages of this kind of sandwich panel material walls & ceiling modular OT are:
(1) Short constructing time required;
(2) No painting operation in constructing site;
(3) All in room corners can be round;
(4) Heteromorphic shaped rooms are available.
However, it also has some shortages as:
(1) All modules are finished in factory before shipping, it is difficult to change any size of them in constructing site. So, before modules designing and producing, the room size data (and size data of equipment / furniture which will be installed into walls and ceilings) must be accurate;
(2) To install these wall and ceiling panels, high skills and experence of workers are required;
(3) Because all modules are painting finished before shipping, they must be well protected in constructing site.
This kind of Modular OT can be constructed to different clean class clean OT.
3, Un-Painted Steel Sheet Modules material walls and ceilings
All walls and ceilings are constructed by wall modules.
Modules are made of steel sheets, or stainless steel sheets, or aluminum sheets, etc. All modules are size finished in factory but are not painting finished before shipping.
A sample OT as follow picture shows:
All wall and ceiling modulars are fixed and connected by steel frames. Before painting, all joint seams will be filled and leveled up. So after painting, the room walls and ceilings are seamless.
Advantages of this kind of sandwich panel material walls & ceiling modular OT are:
(1) All in room corners can be round or be obtuse angles;
(2) Heteromorphic shaped rooms (such as inner octagonal) are available.
However, it also has some shortages as:
(1) All modules are finished in factory before shipping, it is difficult to change any size of them in constructing site. So, before modules designing and producing, the room size data (and size data of equipment / furniture which will be installed into walls and ceilings) must be accurate;
(2) To install these wall and ceiling panels, high skills and experence of workers are required;
(3) Polishing and painting operating in constructing site are required;
(4) Long constructing time.
This kind of Modular OT can be constructed to different clean class clean OT.
